We offer an affordable and collaborative approach to design. Our service is tailored to ensure we understand and incorporate you needs in the design process.
We will work together to ensure you project and timeline comes in on time and within your desired budget. We offer pricing up front to help you make the best decision possible for you build.
Step 1:
Free Initial meeting, tell me about your project and I can offer a idea on price and timeline.
Step 2:
Design Phase, in which you provide me with information and inspiration. From hand sketches, google images, or Pinterest photos I will use whatever you have in mind to help shape the proposed design of your project. We will revise the design until you feel it is ready.
Step 3:
Construction drawing, once you give the okay on the final design, the next step is transforming the conceptual plans into working construction drawings to submit for permit.
Renovations
Not ever project needs to be a full scale build.
We also specialize in helping provide homeowners with design drawings and 3D models for the little jobs too!
New bathroom, Fireplace, adding some millwork, or just redoing backsplash... We can help. We believe every renovation is equally important and we offer design services to help plan and visualize you project. We can help create visuals to see what different finish options would look like, simple space plans o help you see how much room you have in hat room, as well as quantity take off so you know exactly how much material you need to buy for you renovation.
As Built- Plans
At Scaledesign, we specialize in delivering precise and comprehensive as-built plans tailored to your project’s needs. Utilizing both a laser measure and tape measure, our team ensures that every measurement and detail is accurately documented. Reflecting the existing conditions of the building, the plans provide a reliable basis for renovations, repairs, or sale plans.
